Know what you want to change but not what it is called?
You do not need to know the names of operations: say in your own words what you would like to change, or send a photo of the result you have in mind. I pass it to the surgeon, and he says how it is done and what is possible in your case and what is not.
Message on WhatsAppEvery medical procedure carries risks and possible side effects. The clinic doctor will explain them before treatment begins.
Before and after
Results vary from person to person. The photographs are published with the patient’s consent and are not a promise of a similar result.
How long the trip takes
Choose a procedure and see when you can fly home, return to work and to the gym.
The cast and sutures come off on day 7 and you can fly straight after. The bridge keeps settling for several more months — that is normal. Glasses resting on the nose — not before 6 weeks; contact sport — after 3–6 months.
The numbers here are preliminary guidance only. Exact timings are set by the surgeon at the consultation, for your case.

How it works
I coordinate
One person from the first question until you are back home — not a call centre and not a rotating manager. I coordinate, translate and attend the appointments. I am not a doctor.
Before arrival
There is nothing to collect before the flight. A short description and photographs, if you have them, are enough — the examinations are done at the clinic on the day you arrive.
The surgeon assesses
The surgeon looks at the case and says what can be done, what cannot, and the extent of the operation. The assessment is his — not mine and not a coordinator’s.
You decide
Once the surgeon has said his part, the decision is yours. I stay in touch after you return home as well — a question, a document, a recommendation to clarify.
Medical decisions are made by the clinic surgeon. I organise, translate and stay beside you.
When you will know the final price
You will know the final price before you buy tickets, not after you land.
The price follows from the surgical plan, and the plan is set by the surgeon after an examination. So we look at the case first and talk numbers only after that.
If the plan changes after the examination, you hear about it before you book tickets.
We are already in Tbilisi

GEO Medical is not a clinic and not a medical centre. I accompany people from Israel through plastic surgery in Tbilisi: help you work through the choice of doctor, arrange a talk with him before you buy tickets, interpret in the room and stay in touch after you return. Treatment is carried out by the clinic and its doctors — my job is that you understand every step.
I live in Tbilisi; I do not fly in with a patient for a week. The person answering you is in the same city as the doctor and can reach the clinic the same day. From the first message until you are back home, the same family works with you.
The clinic’s surgeons teach other doctors
The clinic runs surgical and dermato-cosmetology courses for doctors, including practice on anatomical material. That activity is run separately from the patient stream.
The courses belong to the clinic and its surgeons. GEO Medical is not a training centre, does not run courses and does not issue documents for them.
What I am asked most often
The information here is general and does not replace an examination or a consultation with a doctor.
Start with a case review
The examination — at the clinic in Tbilisi
The examination takes place at the clinic in Tbilisi, before surgery. There is nothing to arrange beforehand — photographs of the area are enough. No appointments to chase, no waiting lists and no separate bill for tests: they are part of the clinic price.
Leave your name and phone number — I will come back to you and explain the next step. There are no auto-replies: every message is personal.
Would you like to understand what can be done in your case?
The information on this site is general and is not medical advice. Recovery times vary and are confirmed by the doctor at the appointment. Diagnosis, indications and the treatment plan are determined by the clinic doctor.
