The clinic price list has four lines: a porcelain-fused-to-metal crown, a zirconia crown, a zirconia crown on a titanium base and porcelain veneers.
The zirconia crown on a titanium base is the one included in the turnkey implant set: implant, abutment and crown.
The lines differ by material. Which one fits your case is decided by the doctor, not by the price list.
You send scans and photos per the instructions, and the doctors review the case.
When to come
The schedule of visits is set by the treatment plan after the scans are reviewed.

What the price includes
The price list is per single unit. The number of units is set by the treatment plan, and the exact amount follows the review of the scans.

The binding currency is the lari. Shekel and dollar amounts are calculated at the official National Bank of Georgia rates and are indicative; the actual amount depends on the rate on the day of payment.

The terms are written into the agreement and the treatment plan, subject to following the care instructions and attending check-ups.
At home: daily hygiene — toothbrush, irrigator, interdental brushes and floss.
Twice a year: professional cleaning and a follow-up check.
