Platysmaplasty is a surgical procedure commonly known as neck lifting or cervicoplasty. The aim of the procedure is to improve the appearance of the neck area by removing sagging, loose skin and excess fat
Through these incisions, excess fat can be removed using liposuction. The procedure also involves excising loose and wrinkled skin, and the remaining skin is sutured in place to create a smoother, more toned neck contour
