How to prepare materials for your case review

Thank you for getting in touch. To review your case and prepare a treatment plan, our doctors need a small set of materials. Collect them step by step below — one visit to a diagnostic centre plus 15 minutes at home.

What a case review is

Your case is discussed together by an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, a prosthodontist, an orthodontist and a general dentist. You receive one agreed treatment plan: stages, timing and an estimated cost, with no contradictions between specialists.

What to prepare

3D scan (CT) of both jaws

The key document for planning. The scan must be no older than 6 months.

Format: the full DICOM data (folder or archive), not only a printed PDF
Area: upper and lower jaw
If you already have a CT scan, send what you have — we will tell you whether it is enough

Photos of your teeth and smile

Shoot in daylight with your phone, no filters. Five shots:

Smile, front view
Teeth closed, lips retracted
Upper jaw from above (mouth open)
Lower jaw from below
Facial profile

Short questionnaire

Just write your answers in the message:

What bothers you and for how long
The result you want to achieve
Chronic conditions, medication, allergies
Previous treatment: implants, crowns, braces, extractions
Planned dates of your trip to Tbilisi

CT (DICOM) files are large — upload them to Google Drive, WeTransfer or Dropbox and send the link
Photos and the questionnaire can go straight into the chat
Sign the message with your first and last name
Send the materials as early as you can: the sooner they reach us, the easier it is to find dates that suit you

If something does not work out

Do not worry if you cannot collect everything: send what you have. Our front desk will suggest where to get a CT near you and how to retake the photos. Message us on WhatsApp or call ⁦+972-54-465-8846⁩.

What happens next

1. Our front desk confirms the materials are sufficient — usually within one day.

2. The doctors hold the case review and prepare your plan: stages, timing and an estimated cost.

3. We send you the plan and call you to walk through it and answer questions, offering alternative options where relevant.

4. Once approved, we choose convenient appointment dates, help you plan the trip and support you at every stage.
